Ivan and Johna: A Prenup Film in Japan by Theia Films

Two beautiful souls set foot in two of the most beautiful cities in Japan in one prenup film, with two contrasting moods to top it all off! In Toyama, we were greeted with a wide field of golden Nanohana, lush green trees, and a warm afternoon sun, paired with the cool breeze from the majestic Mt. Asahi. As it was already past the blooming season of tulips and Sakura trees, it was the best time to have the place all to ourselves! In Shirakawago, ranges of mountains and lanes of historic Gassho houses welcomed us. And to top the majestic scenery, we experienced just enough drizzle to match the overall aesthetic of the world heritage site. Ivan and Johna, both talented artists in their respective fields, couldn't have picked a better place to have their film. When they first traveled to Gifu four years ago, they knew it was the perfect venue for their prenup, and since then, they have always dreamt of going back. Seeing them genuinely happy during our shoot is probably one of our best memories from our trip to Japan.
