Can I build muscles and get fitter and leaner in my fifties? I’m half-way though a small fitness journey, to become stronger, to lose a bit of belly fat, but most of all to be happier through exercise, healthy diet, purpose and a better overall health. So far, training has been mostly OK, but I haven't been doing great with cutting down on the food. And I've also had some challenges with muscle pain. I started this "journey" because I wanted to create a sense of purpose by starting a project that gives me a specific goal to work towards, with a concrete deadline and a plan. I hope this will give me a good enough reason to get to work on the things that know I want achieve, but never seem to get properly started with; mainly my health and my video making.
