The former TOWIE star, 36, looked incredible in a stylish black attire as she roamed around Epping. Billi and former Newcastle and Liverpool striker Andy, 35, announced their split earlier in September after two years of marriage. Andy has since been seen on a romantic trip away with his new girlfriend Lou Teasdale, 41. Andy and Lou were pictured packing on the PDA on the beach, after jetting off on a romantic holiday to celebrate Lou's 41st birthday, while Billi was back home looking after their children. The couple shares three children while Billi is also step-mum to Emilie Rose, 15, and Lucas, 14, which Andy shares with former fiancée Faye Johnstone. The divorce has not yet been finalised but Andy and Billi are already looking to sell the house. That house, which used to belong to Rod Stewart, cost the couple £4.1million in 2019. However, it is now said to be worth closer to £8.5m. The 18th century property in Epping boasts 25 acres of land, a football pitch and a lake. News of the proposed sale comes despite mother-of-three Billi reportedly being determined to keep the house as part of a multimillion pound divorce battle. A source the Daily Mail: 'Billi has no intention of speaking out until after her divorce is finalised. She is determined to get everything she can - including the house. 'Her dad Steve is also fuming and won't let her settle for anything less than she deserves.' Friends of the star claim they suspect the footballer was seeing celebrity makeup artist Lou before he and Billi's shock split.
