Many thanks to Peter and the other members that were at the Fareham M.E club site on Sunday for your very warm welcome,we enjoyed our short but very pleasant visit. This club only opens to the public for one weekend a year,we didn't know when or if anybody would be on site,lucky for us the club was running a loco efficiency competition for it's members so we joined in to give the trains some weight to pull around the clubs raised track...The ground level was under repair so no trains were running on that. As you can see from the video the club has a large boating lake and garden railway.Also a lovely club house for the members to use,if your interested in model engineering this would be a great club to join.
