Every country has its own version of this easy and delicious rice and chicken dish. Here's my version of the chicken pilaf, or chicken plov as we call it in Ukraine. This tasty one pot dish is easy to cook with minimum ingredients and it takes no time. I cooked it on fire and served it with homemade "petals" - fermented leaves of cabbage with beetroots.
