Ingredients For fried onion Onion-1full Any oil-2tbsp For making rice Basmati rice - 8cups Ghee-2tbsp cinnamon stick-2 Glove-3 Cardamom-3 Bay leaf -2 Star -2 Ginger garlic paste-1tsp Crushed green chilli-1tsp Fried onion- few For making masala Ghee -2tbsp Chopped onion-3-4 Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp Crushed green chilli-1tbsp Tomato's-2 Chicken -1full Yoghurt or curd-1/2cup Chilli powder-1tsp Biriyani masala or garam masala-2tsp Coriander powder-1tsp Tumermic powder-pinch For cooking the rice, I already showed you in the video, but if you want the exact time, it's around 10-15 minutes on low flame. For dum cooking, keep it on low flame for 30 minutes, then let it sit without flame for another 30 minutes. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before opening the dum.
