Shortly after they fled from the stop, another officer located their unoccupied vehicle. 29-year-old Stephanie was charged with fleeing or eluding at a high speed, driving with suspended license with knowledge, reckless driving, and resisting an officer without violence. It looks as if a plea deal has been arranged, but the document is not yet available to the public. 24-year-old Demi Ann was charged with resisting arrest without violence. She was ordered to pay $381.00 in fines and fees. A year later, she has yet to pay anything towards that amount. The theft portion was referred to Florida’s Criminal Investigations Division.
