This Indonesian Sumatra-wrapped Toro from the Dominican Republic has been making waves, and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. In this review, I break down everything you need to know about the Gris-Gris: construction, flavor profile, burn quality, and whether it's worth the $11 price tag. It's produced at Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic and features a unique blend with Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers. The name and band design pay homage to New Orleans voodoo culture, with the chicken foot symbol representing security and protection.
