INGREDIENTS: 1 ripe banana 3 tablespoons dulce de leche (Kajmak) ¾ cup brown sugar ½ cup melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup plain flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup chocolate chips (optional) STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS: Mash the banana and mix it with dulce the leche. Add in brown sugar and melted butter and whisk it all together. Follow it by adding vanilla extract and eggs. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt and again whisk it all together until well combined. If it is to your liking add and mix in chocolate chips. Chill the batter in the fridge to make it thick and preheat the oven in the meantime. Spoon the batter onto the tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes( depends on the size of your desired cookies) until golden brown. Cool down the cookies on wire rack. Share it with your loved ones! PRO TIP!
