We make use of fresh masala ingredients at home to come up with a Pulao that has great aroma as well as taste. Use of fresh vegetables make this a healthy preparation. While we use Basmati Rice here for preparing Pulao, you can use Bullet or Sona Masoori Rice as well to make this dish which is my family favorite. Also popular by the name Tarkari Pulao in Kannada.
