I will admit, this was a little tough. I am of the Johnny Cage Camp but i have´t really mastered him in MKX, partially because he was nerfed since MK9 so now he is barely a medium character instead of the advanced character he used to be. Beyond my lack of skill with Mr. Cage, his jump height actually makes it very hard to pull off the jump overhead tactic, so i had to rely on the armored attacks and luck to pull this off. Also as a general tip, if you can pull off the jump overhead tactic and you are constantly countered with Corrupted Shinnok's Invincible Command Grab, the second best strategy is to stand next to him and use a swept kick once he gets up; even if he armors a wake up, you can still inflict damage from a safe position. You can also counter his wake up fire blast with a well time projectile, but that requires very good timing and it doesn't work against EX attacks.
