Join me on a virtual run following the boardwalk starting in Santa Monica, through Venice Beach, and finishing in Marina Del Rey. This workout includes a 5 minute warm up timer, 60 minute run timers, and 5 minute cool down timer. Total distance is about 5.5 miles. Skip to 5:15 if you'd like to skip the warm up. The workout starts on the Ocean Front Walk near the PCH-Arizona Avenue Pedestrian Bridge in Santa Monica. It continues on the Santa Monica Beach Gateway under the Santa Monica Pier through Venice Beach on the Ocean Side board walk. Once the Ocean Front Walk ends, it takes you through Marina Del Rey along Speedway Street until the Ocean Front Walk starts again. The turn around point is at the Waves of Peace pier and then picks back up in Venice Beach along the Beach Front Walk and finishes past the starting point near the Pacific Coast Highway and Entrada Drive.
