He was not gonna leave His Disciples Alone as orphans, comfort list, that's, forlorn, bereaved, or helpless. So Jesus Asked the Father to give them Another Comforter. The word "Another" Implies not only the advocacy of the Son of God, Jesus Himself, but Also the Third Person in the Trinity the Holy Spirit. One of the names of the Messiah, with the Jews is "a Comforter"; so Another Comforter is One with Him, the Spirit of God Who moved upon the face of the waters in Genesis 1:2, when God Said, Let There Be Light; and There Was Light. Genesis 1:3. The Spirit of God and the Word of God from the time of creation are ONE. The Comforter Whom the Father sent at the request of the Word of God, His Son; was the Spirit of God, to continuously perform Jesus Working Office, by taking of the things of Christ and showing them to you his children; by shedding abroad the Love of the Father and the Love of the Son, into Your Hearts; by Opening and Applying the Precious Promises of the Gospel Given to You. Today, the Spirit comes to indwell and seal believers at the time of salvation (Eph. 1:13-14). The seal implies God’s authority and authenticity—we are now His children, and our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Since this seal cannot be broken by anything or anyone, it guarantees our eternal security. Every single believer is sealed with the Holy Spirit. No sin can break the seal. Nobody can break the seal.
