Learn more at http://NugSmasher.com NugSmasher ® Rosin Made Simple ® Classic Infused Bread Sticks Prep: 25mins Cook: 11min Rest: 2 hr 30 mins Hardware: Stand mixer with paddle attachment & kneed attachment (if you dont have this you can kneed by hand) Microwave Glass bowl Whisk Baking pan parchment paper Brush Measuring cups Scale (not required) Brush NugSmasher Decarb capsule Ingredients 1 cup + 2 Tbsp warm water (110 - 115 degrees) 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast ½ tsp granulated sugar 1 Tbsp + 2 1/2tsp granulated sugar 1 ½ cup (3 1/4 cups total) all-purpose flour 1 3/4 cup (3 1/4 cups total) all-purpose flour 1 3/4 tsp salt 2tbs garlic salt 3 Tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter .5-1 gram decarbed Rosin Instructions • In a glass bowl pour filtered water and put into microwave for about 30 - 40 seconds • insert yeast and 1/2 tsp granulated sugar into glass bowl with warm water whisk together until yeast has dissolved. Allow to rest 10 minutes. • Pour water from glass bowl into stand mixer • take olive oil in a separate bowl and put into microwave for 15 second intervals, until it gets really hot. Then take rosin and infuse into oil while still hot. Whisk if necessary to make sure rosin is fully dissolved • Add in remaining sugar, 1 3/4 tsp salt and canna-olive oil,1 1/2 cups flour, then fit mixer with paddle attachment and blend mixture until well combine. To stand mixer • Switch mixer to dough hook attachment, add in remaining 1 1/2 cups flour and knead mixture on low speed, adding up to 1/4 cup additional flour as needed, and knead until dough is smooth and elastic*. • remove dough from bowl and make a ball then return to mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap • allow to rest in a warm place free from draft until double, about 1 1/2 hours. • Punch risen dough down, divide into 12 equal portions, keep them covered with plastic wrap as you work. Roll each piece into a 9 inch rope, then transfer to parchment paper lined baking sheets. • Cover and let rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425 during the last 10 minutes of rising. • Bake in preheated oven 11 - 13 minutes. • Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together butter, salt and garlic powder. • Melt butter in microwave and mix • Remove breadsticks from oven and immediately brush butter onto bread.. • Serve warm. Let any left over cool and store in an airtight container.
