This is a farming route for Lump of fat wax, which is used for upgrading mid-high level prosthetic tools. This method also has a great chance of dropping contact medicine if you want to farm them too. This farming method requires the following: 1. Bell Demon buff (This is purely for high level item drop, you will be stealth killing all enemies so, there won't be much difficulty to speak of.) 2. You need to the point in the story quest where you acquired the Mortal Blade. This is given to you after you defeated the Folding Screen Monkeys and with this blade you can finally kill the undying enemies. Farming Method: 1. Spawn at the idol: Main Hall of Senpou Temple. 2. First head left to kill the bug-vomiting monks, stealth kill the first one, if you break stealth, don't sweat, this type of monk is easy to take down. just keep hitting them and don't worry about the bugs. Once they are downed, make sure you hit them again like I did, the stealth kill "red spot" will appear again and you will pull out the Mortal Blade to kill them for good then items will drop. 3. Head to the other side of the hall. These centipede monks is better dealt with using stealth, they can be a pain if you fight them head on. Same as previously, make sure you hit them again when they are downed to kill them for good. 4. After all of them are killed, rest at the idol and reset the room. As you can see from my video, they drop rate for lump of fat wax is really good, maybe I was extra lucky there, but this is a great spot to farm this upgrade item as it is needed quite a large quantity for upgrading high level prosthetic tools.
