Every relationship that desires to “live happily ever after” goes through its first critical point of inflection, which is common to relationships where there has been a confessed commitment to a certain vision or ambition. Nizenande believes that this first point of inflection is a time to confront and reckon with our pain, our power and our posture. And to get past it, you will have to S.T.A.R.T doing some life-changing labour to heal. Nizenande is a Learning and Development Specialist and Strategist. She has a particular interest in creating learning methodologies for African people development and entrepreneurial advancement, with a focus on equipping African professionals with the tools to perform and thrive. She has vast experience in programme content development and facilitation, having created programmes for MBA students from leading universities across all seven continents. She is an educator and orchestrator for Duke University Corporate Education programs. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
