Usually during the afternoon rush hour traffic build up is rampant but now i am almost alone. In a way travelling was fast during the #ECQ but business wise, its not. You could see the SLEX Nichols toll plaza below without cars too. Airplanes are parked in the airport hangars. The skies are clear as you can see the neighboring skyscrapers more clearly probably to less smog. This is what happened during the early weeks of ECQ in National Capital Region. Toll is being collected to private motorist, only frontliners and other related to the relief efforts are exempted. Many would say "maganda tignan walang traffic" and others would say "sana laging ganito" but no activity means no business means no profit means bad economy. It was highly unusual to see #NAIAX and #Skyway without traffic, without cars. NOTE: This is not the continuation of the Edsa ecq joyride video i posted.
