A chilly ride up Harris Springs Road into the Mt Charleston, Kyle Canyon area of Nevada. Rated an easy 2 for the first half, a moderate 4 for the second by OnX Maps this was a fun day out on our Can Am DPS 500 Quad. We almost made it to the peak but hard packed snow and ice coupled with a shelf road and steep drop-off prevented a full ride up. CeCe never saw snow when she was growing up in the Philippines and later working in the Middle East and Hong Kong so this was only the second time experiencing the white stuff for her. The first time being shortly after we moved back to the US in 2019 and lived in Oklahoma City for two years before heading west.
