Room review Hilton London Tower Bridge. Free upgrade to deluxe double. Hotel and room tour.

Hi everyone, my name is Eve and welcome to Speedwell Travel aka The Central Belter. This weekend I am staying at the Hilton London Tower Bridge and I'm here on business for a change. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I booked a standard room normally, with breakfast if I could get a good deal. When a bit more flush I would upgrade to an Executive Room and had the Executive Lounge. I love it and it is a really great space. This time I am a bit low in funds so booked a standard room without breakfast. Imagine my surprise when checking in to be told I was getting a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe double!!! Again, on the very rare occasion, I have stayed in one of these rooms before so glad to get the chance to show you around. These are larger than standard, and to be honest quite often much larger than the executive rooms so a good deal if you see one on the Hilton website. It is so quiet, I am sure you would have a great sleep in the huge, comfy bed. Blackout curtains really help too. There is a Nespresso coffee pod machine as well as a kettle and amenities tray. You also get a half bottle of red wine free too. The other additional amenities are dressing gowns and slippers, and a larger bathroom with separate bath and shower. I have spent many really good nights here and did so again. Please don't tell everyone how great it is or it will be too busy for me to enjoy next time.
