NEW FACEBOOK PAGE - / backyardchefscasualkitchen NOTE: You have to answer all membership questions to join it's fully automated and accept group rules Ingredients • LEMON Yogurt TRAYBAKE Cake • Plain flour – 180 g | 1½ UK cups | 1½ US cups • Baking powder – 8 g | 2 tsp • Salt – 1.5 g | ¼ tsp • Caster sugar – 200 g | 1 UK cup | 1 US cup • Plain or Greek yogurt – 180 g | 180 ml | ¾ UK cup | ¾ US cup see below • Vegetable oil – 110 g | 120 ml | ½ UK cup | ½ US cup • Large eggs – 3 • Lemon zest (from 2 lemons) – 6 g | ~2 tbsp • Fresh lemon juice – 55 g | 60 ml | ¼ UK cup | ¼ US cup • Vanilla extract (optional) – 5 g | 5 ml | 1 tsp Lemon Glaze (optional) • Icing sugar – 120 g | 1 UK cup | 1 US cup • Fresh lemon juice – 30–45 ml | 2–3 tbsp (adjust for desired thickness) Preheat oven to 175°C (160°C fan) / 350°F. Line a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) I used 9 x 11. Bake for 28–35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
