It's not done by anything special tricks or what not. Just using your pistol. In a worded sentence of how to beat Allen. Stay on the top left while shooting any additional enemies that pop out. While Allen is close, make sure to master his position and where he will fire. By then, he will be simple to dodge. Don't worry if you're slow at first because the enemies will soon stop spawning and it'll just be you and Allen. Just make sure to master dodging his rifle shots.
