Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 to 15 mins Serve: 2 people Ingredients: 2 to 3tbs Olive Oil 7 to 8 Garlic 1 big Onion 7 to 8 pieces Baby corn ½ Yellow squash Zucchini ½ Green Zucchini 50gms Broccoli ½ Red bell pepper ½ Yellow bell pepper 100 gms Lettuce leaves For Seasoning Salt to taste 1 tsp Oregano ½ tsp mix herbs 1 tsp chill flakes 1 tsp White vinegar Instructions: 1) Heat olive oil in a pan. 2) Add chopped, garlic cook till it’s light brown. 3) Then, add chopped onion and cook it for 30 secs 4) Add baby corn, yellow and green Zucchini, broccoli, red and yellow bell pepper and stir it for 2/3 mins. 5) Now add, lettuce leaves and cook for 30 secs 6) For Seasoning add salt to taste, oregano, mix herbs, chill flakes and lastly add white vinegar. 7) Stir and Toss for 30 sec. 8) Italian Stir fry is ready to eat.
