The BW-200LDR is a heated, mixed, vacuum-controlled stainless steel reactor vessel optimized for decarboxylation of 200L of crude extract in 4-6 hrs depending on input material. Utilizing a powerful oil-free vacuum pump, the BW-200LDR has the ability to remove volatile compounds, leading to an extremely efficient terpene strip prior to distillation. The BW-200LDR includes an anti-foam system that allows for ‘set and forget’ operation; using a sensor, blow off valve, and an overhead mixer with VFD for mixing and foaming prevention. There is a removable mixer shaft for easy tank access as well as a level sensor for easy filling. Loading and unloading material can be done through a heated hose without opening the reactor. A Clean In Place (CIP) nozzle is integrated into the reactor for easy cleaning. If you need to process smaller volumes of material, Beaker & Wrench also offers the BW-40LDR as well as custom equipment.
