A Short Encounter...

A short film we quickly made for practise. I also got to test out using a wide screen aspect ratio, which I would have used on previous films had I known at the time how to change it as it's always looked more cinematic in my opinion. I haven't managed to get the aspect ratio as precise it should be in this video and I didn't use a standard aspect ratio setting, but it works fine for now as a test. It's also the first time I've been able to use my DSLR with Final Cut as I had video lag problems previously due to the camera settings, which I didn't know was the cause and meant I had to edit in iMovie as I've edited with in the past, which reduced the quality significantly.
