My POPULAR Oil-Free, Low Fat Cheese Sauce: • AMAZING VEGAN, OIL FREE, LOW FAT CHEESE SAUCE • THE BEST VEGAN LOW FAT CHEESE SAUCE - OIL ... _____________________________________________ INGREDIENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE VEGAN, OIL-FREE, AND LOW-FAT CHOCOLATE MUFFINS: Dry Ingredients - 1 1/2 - 2 C Flour (I use whole wheat flour) 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1/4 C Insweet cocoa powder PInch of salt 1 tsp baking soda and baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) Wet Ingredients - 1-2 C apple sauce (I start with 1 and add more as needed. You can also use 2 ripe bananas if you prefer that over apple sauce) 1 capful of vanilla 1/3 C plant milk ( I start with that amount and add more if needed) Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix well. Place in non-stick muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. I did 13 minutes.
