Pokémon Pokopia on Nintendo Switch 2 is a cozy life simulation and town-building game set in the Pokémon universe. Instead of traditional Pokémon battles, the focus is on discovering Pokémon, creating habitats for them, gathering resources, decorating the world, and growing your own Pokémon village. In the previous streams we unlocked the Rain Dance ability, freed Onix, built our first Pokémon Center, and explored Vermilion City where we discovered new Pokémon like Pikachu and Mosslax. We even triggered a legendary appearance from Raikou while powering up the city! In today’s stream the focus will be on making our Pokémon happier by improving their environment, decorating our village, and building homes for them. We’ll work on raising the comfort level of the region, expand our settlement, and possibly explore the newly unlocked areas like Pallet Town and a mysterious third region to continue the story. If you enjoy cozy builder games, colony simulators, and relaxing life sims, this game might remind you of games like Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and Timberborn — but set inside the Pokémon world.
