Make an Insecticide : Easy, 100% Organic and CHEAP! | Trinidad and Tobago

Insects attacking your crop can discourage new gardeners from gardening. Some may want to even give up because it is so sad to see your hard work being eaten away by harmful pests. But DON'T WORRY! In this video we are learning how to make an inexpensive Insecticide spray to protect our plants from insects! This spray is not only cheap to make but also organic and super easy! We will be using Neem oil which contains the compound Azadirachtin. The Neem plant naturally contains this Azadirachtin which has the ability to stop harmful insects from reproducing and destroy their eggs as well. At the same time Neem oil is perfectly harmless to the beneficial insects in your garden like ladybugs and will not harm yourself or your family in any way shape or form! Controlling harmful insects in your garden such as Aphids, Spider Mites and White flies is very important because they can stress your plants out. Applying this spray once every 3 weeks as a preventative measure will allow your plants the health they need to keep producing all season long! If you have a serious issue you can use this spray once a week until the problem goes away. I also discuss how nature can often times stop pests for you if you have the correct garden conditions to find a balance.
