This is an install introducing and installing a sliding bracket used to mount an electric steer trolling motor. When mounting an electric steer motor the mounting system requires that it be mounted well over the bow of the boat. This can cause potential harm to both the motor and the boat if a person happens to hit the trolling motor on the trailer bow roller. This bracket allows you to slide the entire motor assemble back out harms way when loading the boat.
