Emerald World #29: Add UI panels, background, spells and fireball VFX

Another video in the series of remaking the Might and Magic VII in Godot. Some of the original assets with the backgrounds for the user interface were added - for generic panels, spell book and "journal" books. Most of the panels were adjusted. Added animated Wizard's Eye and Torch Light spell effects near the map. Replaced the Fire Bolt project with a much cooler one, looking like an actual fire ball.
