In 2012, Jon Favreau, producer of the Mandalorian series, director of the first Iron Man movie, starred and directed a movie called Chef. In it, his son's character, captured 1 second every day, or 1se of a summer where they started a food truck together. Definitely have a soft spot for that movie for some reason. Yes, I now know it was originally from Cesar Kuriyama's One second every day TED talk, but at the time, I was just so inspired by the idea. I've always been a fan of making videos, but sustainability has always been an excuse that ends up winning out time and time again. Then, when Casey Neistat came along and raised the bar of what documenting your life could look like, I was both inspired and petrified. I wanted to document more, but unless it came out as fun and interesting as Casey's vlog, it felt like a waste of time. This is the story of how I came about turning that around.
