HOW TO MAKE YUZU-KOSHO?    • What is Yuzu-Kosho? | CONDIMENTS | Ta...   INGREDIENTS 0.42 US cup (100ml) citrus juice　(You can add lemon juice or vinegar to add up to it) 0.63 US cup (150ml) soy sauce　 0.18oz (5g) dried kelp 0.18oz (5g) 5g bonito flakes You can add 1.5 Tbsp of sake and mirin each after they are heated to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
