I am scheduled for a Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico. I am required to adhere to a strict 8-week pre-op diet prior to surgery. This is one of the most restrictive diets I've ever been on, and I'd like to take you along on the experience. This is an introduction to the information I was given on what foods are and are not allowed and what to expect over the next couple of months before weight loss surgery.
