Bought two birthday cakes and sang to my partner for his birthday. We definitely fell in love with the award winning pool and the amazing view! The villa we had was very nice too which comes with a private pool. Staff here are all local and they are very friendly, polite and helpful. They will accommodate you in all ways they can. There are just so many fabulous points bout Hanging Garden that you need to come experience yourself! This place is exquisite! Everything was perfect, our villa was amazing and spacious - and that view!... The attention to the details brings it to another level, and the smiley staff made us happy every day. We (unfortunately) got woken up at 6:30 every day by a rooster nearby, and even that couldn't spoil the heaven when you plunge in your private pool overlooking the luscious jungle. Can't not mention the breakfast with a wide selection of eggs (eggs bénédicte, eggs royal, omelette, egg white omelette etc!), fresh juices, fruits, local and western pastries and more.. Minuses: We thought we should organise a transfer to Ubud with them as we were staying with them, we then organised a transfer to pick us up with the next hotel we were staying at. Both transfers were the same distance (to/from Seminyak centre) except the Hanging Gardens transfer was $27 AUD more expensive, wish I would have booked elsewhere for that. Nothing we did not like - but just fyi, be prepared to pay 40$ min for a dinner for 2. On the brighter side, the food is absolutely delicious.
