In the second week of October I visited author Louisa May Alcott's home, Orchard House, in Concord Massachusetts. I have been a fan of Louisa May Alcott's work since I was very young and Little Women was the first big chapter book that I ever read. I remember not wanting to put it down. These days, I have read more of her books and love her all the more. Louisa based Little Women off of her own family and home, changing just a few small details like the fact that she was then that went off to war, not her father. Louisa was a nurse in the Civil War and she was also a champion of women rights and a suffragist. Photography is not allowed inside Orchard House, so I did take plenty of photographs outside and video in the gift shop. I cannot believe how many autumn adventures I still have left to share. I will be posting more frequently to finish up my autumn videos and I will be slowing down significantly for the holiday season. I appreciate you for being here. Thank you for subscribing to my humble channel.
