In this specialised 30 min class I guide you through a yoga sequence that’s designed specifically for sit bone pain or hamstring origin tendinopathy and bursitis. That is pain in the hamstring tendon right up near it’s attachment to the sitting bone and the underlying bursa. It’s important in the early stages of this injury to avoid or really minimise both stretching this tendon and compressing it. This class will not only avoid poses that overly stretch and compress the hamstring tendon and bursa, but also includes poses and exercises that work to strengthen and heal these tissues.
