A man who looks to his parents, the government, his boss, or his woman for validation is a man who has cast aside his sense of self, his masculine essence, and his spine. It is this abandonment of self that leaves us with men incapable of embodying their natural gifts and unable to provide, support, protect, or serve. All of these responsibilities we need from our men in order to uphold the values that maintain a healthy community and society.
