In the latest developments, a 20-year-old girl was dragged by a moving car for over 8 km after her cloth got entangled in the wheels of the car. The incident took place in the outer Delhi area on New Year’s eve. Meanwhile, a political row has erupted over the matter with the AAP alleging the Delhi police of attempting to suppress the incident.
