‘They’re not staying’: Martha’s Vineyard removes flown-in migrants after '44 hours’

The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says a resident of Martha’s Vineyard who attempted to help the illegal immigrants flown in by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis had his assistance rejected. “He was knocked back immediately, officials said ‘that won’t be required – they’re not staying’,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny. “He asked, quite rightly, how early was this decision made? It seems they had a plan in place.” Mr Blair said for a town which has signs claiming “no people are illegal”, Martha’s Vineyard authorities were quick to relocate the migrants. “They got rid of them in 44 hours,” he said.
