Triumph Motorcycles has launched its updated Trident 660 naked bike, which is available in both LAMS and full-power specification, and priced from $14,290 rideaway. The first major update to the Trident 660 platform since its launch in 2021 sees significantly upgraded technology including a six-axis IMU for optimised cornering ABS and traction control, an up/down quickshifter and cruise control fitted as standard. Also new is a new Sport rider mode joining the carry-over Road and Rain settings. On the performance front, the 2025 Triumph Trident 660 benefits from new Showa SFF-BF ‘big-piston’ forks, while the preload adjustable rear shock carries over along with Nissin brakes (310mm discs) and Michelin Road 5 tyres. In LAMS guise, the Trident 660 generates 40kW and 59Nm from its 660cc triple-cylinder engine, however, the newly introduced full-power variant boosts outputs to 60kW and 63Nm from the same mill. 2025 Trident 660 units can be identified by four colour options: Cosmic Yellow, Cobalt Blue, Diablo Red and Jet Black.
