The Bombay High Court on July 21, acquitted the all 12 convicts, including the 5 on death row. Victim families, now feels let down by the system, 19 years since the tragedy. The Maharashtra government has moved Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court’s verdict. The matter has been put up for hearing on July 24. Families who have lost their loved ones in the terror attack now yearn for closure, awaiting the Supreme Court’s judgment, hoping that justice is finally served.
