Ingredients: CORNBREAD (mix dry and wet ingredients separately) 2 cups of yellow cornmeal (fine) 2 cups of all purpose flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 Tablespoon of salt 2 cups of milk 2 beaten eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil bake for 25-30 mins STOCK (cook for 1HR to til meat is fork tender) 1 whole medium chicken or any chicken parts of choice (must be dark and white) 1 whole onion quartered 1 cut green bell pepper 2 carrots 4 celery stalks 2 bay leaves 3 thyme sprigs or 1 TBS of dried thyme water to cover chicken STOCK SEASONING 3 Tablespoons of chicken bouillon 1 Tablespoon of black pepper 1 Tablespoon of garlic powder 2 Tablespoons of onion powder 1 Tablespoon of paprika DRESSING MIX crumble cornbread 1 1/2 cup of Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing or plain 4 - 5 cups of stock 2 cans of cream of chicken 2 can of cream of celery 2 Tablespoons of poultry seasoning (add to your liking) 1-2 Tablespoons of ground sage (add to your liking) 1 cup of diced green bell pepper 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper 1 cup of diced celery 1 cup of diced onions GRAVY RECIPE 4 Tablespoons of butter 4 Tablespoons of flour 1 1/2 - 2 cups of chicken stock black pepper (your liking amount) Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour #homemade #dressing
