In this vlog, I’m sharing a real and honest look at what life has been like while navigating perimenopause, working a 9-to-5, and how important it is to prioritize self. Lately, my body has been going through changes that I didn’t fully understand at first. From unexpected symptoms to stress, fatigue, and trying to keep up with everyday responsibilities, this season of life has forced me to slow down and really listen to what my body needs. Perimenopause can feel confusing and overwhelming, especially when you're juggling work, personal responsibilities, and trying to figure out your health at the same time. In this video, I talk about the challenges, the emotional side of it, and how I'm learning to cope, give myself grace, and take better care of myself.
