I've finally uploaded a cover of Mysterious Ways. I've received so many requests in the past that it was finally time for me to make a video of the song. This has got to be the funkiest U2 song. I really love Adam's solid groove that supports the song so well. As you can all tell I added some of my own stuff into the song. Most notably in the verses where I either play the root notes of the progression or something that Adam would play live (mixed with my own elements). I didn't wanna just sit there so I thought I'd get a little creative. But I also added a little solo during the instrumental bridge of the song. I couldn't resist to just sit there during that part as I felt that I could have some ideas to add so I just added some fun to it mixed with some percussive sweeps. What do ya guys think?? Ohhhhh and I also finally restored my good ol' Stagg!! I literally haven't played on it for at least 3 years. I got some old RotoSound strings on it, replaced the knobs, cleaned it and here it is again. :) Hope you guys enjoy the cover and that it was worth the wait. I'll try to post the tabs as soon as I can.
