Diving Rathlin Island 1992 - Tribute to Tommy Cecil

This video was edited from old VHS tape, filmed by my late friend Thomas J. Cecil, back in 1992, while we were exploring deep shipwrecks around Rathlin Island. Even though, the quality of this old tape is not the best, it gives very good insight on how we carried out deep dives in the 100+m (330feet) range, under often ferocious weather conditions, with strong tides and winds, all carried out from Tommy's 7,6m Falcon 760 RIB. Tommy Cecil, who died on one of these wrecks on September 21st 1997, was a man with true love and respect for the sea and one of the best divers I have ever met. It was a great honor and privilege having known him and to search and explore new wrecks with him! I have dedicated this video to Tommy Cecil and his family, as a tribute and honor to the years we spent together diving around Rathlin Island! The years of friendship will never be forgotten! R.I.P.
