The Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA) and California LTAP hosted this February 2026 Edition of "Local Assistance Day", a quarterly statewide webinar designed to update and inform our RTPA, MPO, local agency, and tribal partners, and all other interested transportation parties.
