Ausgangspunkt mit Parkmöglichkeiten: Lago di Antrona. Der Antrona-See entstand am 27. Juli 1642 durch einen Erdrutsch, der wie ein natürlicher Damm wirkte, den Troncone-Bach versperrte und das alte Dorf Antrona zerstörte. Wenn man den See in einer Schleife umrundet, kann man den majestätischen Wasserfall des Rio Sajont bewundern. Hinter dem Wasserfall führen eine Reihe von Treppen und Stegen vorbei. Ein Waldweg führt zum Staudamm des Campliccioli-Sees, einem 1928 errichteten Stausee, und weiter am See entlang zum Banella-Wasserfall, weiter zur Alpe Vassoncino, zur Alpe Granariol und zur Brücke über den Troncone-Bach. Beim Troncone-Bach halten wir uns rechts und dann beginnt am Ende des Tals der steile aufstieg zum Lago di Cingino. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man am Lago di Cingino Steinböcke bestaunen, die in der Staumauer herumklettern. Direkt am Lago di Cingino gibt es auch eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, wenn man sich die Tour auf 2 Tage einteilen möchte. Nach der Überquerung der Staumauer des Lago di Cingino geht es ein kurzes Stück abwärts bis wir den Eingang vom ENEL-Tunnel erreichen. In einer knappen Stunde kann man 2-3 km durch einen Tunnel wandern und gelangt anschließend zum Lago di Composecco (2.325m). Vom Lago di Composecco geht es in 2-3 Stunden dann wieder zurück zum Lago di Campliccioli und von dort aus zum Ausgangspunkt am Lago di Antrona zurück. Engl.
