The music of this vid is recorded from a cassette recorder on a boogie box, of the Joey Jay "Words Sounds & Power" reggae show which went out on Sunday nights 6-8pm to London town sometime in the 1980's - early 1990's. I'm not sure exactly when I recorded this show (early 90's) - this one just says "Joey Jay". I usually date them, but not this one, and there is only about an hour recorded. And I'm not sure of who all the artists are either, there are a few mentioned like: Mad Professor & Shalona, Bunny Lee dubbing Johnnie Clarke, Ziggy Marley, Morgan Heritage and many others mixed up in a heavy duty roots selection with some serious dub with deadly intentions. Although, not all the session is here (just over an hour from a 2 hour show - minus ads and news), the sound is pretty good.
