This video is of the experience riding up the Summit Triple chairlift at Attitash, and skiing down Attitash Peak, top to bottom, on Upper Saco (intermediate), Tightrope (advanced), Northwest Passage (intermediate), and Far Out (beginner). The chairlift I rode up in this video is the Summit Triple. The Summit Triple is a fixed-grip triple chairlift located on Attitash Peak at Attitash Mountain Resort. The chairlift runs from the Attitash Base Area to the summit of Attitash Peak. Since the Top Notch Double was removed in 2018, the Summit Triple is the only chairlift that accesses the Upper Mountain trails such as Saco, Northwest Passage, Tightrope, and more. Due to this lift's age, it has had many mechanical issues in recent years, most notably during the 2018-2019 ski season, in which the triple was closed for the majority of the season, and without the Top Notch Double, some of the best terrain at Attitash was inaccessible via chairlift for most of the season. Due to this, there have been many rumors about the possibility of this lift being replaced, but that has not happened yet. The run I skied down in this video was Upper Saco to Tightrope to Northwest Passage to Far Out. This run is a mix of all the 3 ability levels at Attitash, that runs from the summit of Attitash Peak, back down to the Attitash Base Area, and the base of the Summit Triple. Upper Saco is a mellow trail that runs off the summit and connects to the vast majority of Upper Mountain trails (such as Tightrope, Northwest Passage, and Ptarmigan). Tightrope is a nice, narrow, classic New England style trail. In this video, I only skied the very lower portion of Northwest Passage, and Far Out is a nice, mellow, beginner trail that is located on the bottom half of the mountain. Attitash is a ski area located in Bartlett, New Hampshire, which is located in the Mount Washington Valley Region of the state. The Valley is also home to the towns of Jackson and Conway and is also home to many other ski areas. Attitash is comprised of two peaks, Attitash Peak and Bear Peak. Attitash Peak is home to many classic, narrow, and fun New England-style ski trails, while Bear Peak is home to most of the resort's wide-open groomers and terrain parks. The ski area is also home to a hotel (the Grand Summit), a mountain coaster, and a lot of summer attractions such as an alpine slide, zip-lines, and some waterslides.
