Fold the flour gently by hand As tempting as it is don't open the oven door until your cake is over 80% baked. This will cause your cake to sink in the middle. Place your cake at the center of the middle rack in oven. total time it took in my oven was 40 mins at 340 degree F Do the toothpick test by inserting the toothpick in the center of the cake to check if it's done.It should come out clean.
