This mod changes a lot of things in the base RE2R game, including item locations and quantities new doors, gates,. fuse boxes, C4 gates, ladders, jump-across railings and jump-off platforms enemy types, quantities, spawn locations and spawn triggers door locks items that are usually useless in the base game (e.g. film rolls that are not "hiding place", VHS tapes) being important items for triggering certain events that unlock subsequent parts of the playthrough multi-staged boss fights Personally I'd definitely recommend this mod if you want a completely fresh experience of RE2R, however, it is definitely a very hard mod and borders on the ridiculous in some parts. And in this playthrough I pushed myself to the limits by choosing hardcore difficulty. In both Claire A and Leon B campaigns, I managed to get to the final boss fight but did not manage to get past either of the two final boss fights.
